Tamansari Prospero was built with perfect planning, strict timeline with the estimated short time. The development process began in 2015 and will be completed in 2017 for the main tower named as Fortuna Tower. State Owned Enterprise (SOE) contractor of PT. WIKA building intervene to execute the process of construction developments scattered around the area about ± 1.2 hectares. In the next year, the construction process will be repeated for the other two towers, Beatus Tower and Aurum Tower to the commercial area.
